During your initial visit, you and your therapist will develop a plan of care that will be key to your healing, using in office exercises with hands on treatments combined with a home exercise plan. The plans vary from patient to patient, depending on your needs, but you can expect anywhere between 1-3 times a week. We will schedule the entire plan with you before you leave that day.
Each of your appointments will be scheduled with the team memebers your therapist designated as best suited for your plan of care. Primarily you should expect to see our tech in the office to help with your stretches, and one of our PTAs, while doing all checkpoint visits with your primary PT.
Always give yourself an hour window for each of your appointments. In that time you'll start your visit off with one of our Rehab Technicians on your Home Exercise Program, doing gentle stretching and strengthening. Once you are prepped and ready you will work with one of our Physical Therapists for any manual or muscle manipulation.
A fee of $25 is charged for patients who miss or cancel 2 times in a calendar year without 24-hour notice.
Rehab Resolutions Inc. charges $25 for returned checks.

We will make every attempt to collect payment directly from your designated insurance carrier. If, however, we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier, the patient will ultimately be held responsible for payment of treatment fees. The patient should then submit claims directly to their insurance carrier for the collection of your benefits.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help you get the treatment and care you want and need!
We always do our best to get our patient’s verified with their insurance before the first day of your visit to make sure you are aware of the expectations you will be responsible while treating with us. Many times, with deductible plans, you will receive a phone call prior to the visit that will inform you of these expectations. You can always double check with your insurance company as well and ask them what the cost of Physical Therapy treatment will be with your health plan. If you are unable to make the financial obligation to Physical Therapy, but need treatment, there are financial agreement options for deductible and co-insurance plans, as well as setting an account up with CareCredit.
