Originally from Canada, Sofia Zanzarella earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy degrees from Andrews University in Michigan. She continued to expand her clinical skills in Colorado, specializing in effective treatment strategies. Sofia is ART® (Active Release Techniques®) certified—an advanced, method for treating soft tissue injuries. As one of the few level two elite ART® provider in the Northeast, she offers fast, effective recovery solutions. In 2004, Sofia founded Rehab Resolutions, Inc., dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care. Working closely with her team of therapist the quality of care is consistent and effective. Outside the clinic, she enjoys community outreach, horseback riding, and outdoor activities with her family.

Tomas Lund, PT

Tomas has over 30 years of physical therapy experience.

Tomas' specialty is hands-on manual therapy for musculoskeletal and spinal dysfunctions and industrial rehabilitation. Tomas' prior experience with using osteopathic manual techniques will make him a valuable team member in our hands-on practice. He has had great success treating his favorite condition of lower back pain.

Brett Moody, DPT

Brett graduated from American International College in 2023 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Brett graduated from American International College in 2023 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Brett utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, hands-on techniques, and exercises to maximize clinical outcomes for his clients. He is certified in the use of integrative dry needling to help address chronic areas of musculoskeletal pain. In his free time, Brett enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, camping, spending time with his friends and family, and walking with his dog.
