Originally from Canada, she attended school and received both her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Physical Therapy at Andrews University, located in Berrien Springs, Michigan. 

Upon completing her education, Sofia continued to further develop her skills and knowledge of treatment regimens in Colorado. One of Sofia’s advanced skills include the practice of ART® (Active Release Technique®). ART® is the gold standard, a patented technique that has revolutionized patient care. This standard has made Sofia Zanzarella’s practice successful, effective, with a quick recovery impact on soft tissue injuries for her patients. Sofia is one of the few in the area that is an ART® certified provider in the Pioneer Valley. With her determination and knowledge to provide the best care to her patients she created Rehab Resolutions, Inc. in the year of 2004. 

In addition to physical therapy Sofia’s passions include being apart of the community outreach, equestrian pursuits, and outdoor activities with her family.

Tomas has over 30 years of physical therapy experience.


Tomas' specialty is hands on manual therapy for musculoskeletal and spinal dysfunctions and industrial rehabilitation. Tomas' prior experience with using osteopathic manual techniques will find himself a valuable team member in our hands on practice. He has great success treating his favorite condition of lower back pain.


Tomas is proud to bring his years of helping patients get better and recover faster to our community of wonderful patients.

Brett Moody, D.P.T.

Brett graduated from American International College in 2023 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.


Brett utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, hands-on techniques, and exercises to maximize clinical outcomes for his clients. He is certified in the use of integrative dry needling to help

address chronic areas of musculoskeletal pain.


In his free time, Brett enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, camping, spending time with his friends and family, and walks with his dog.
